
Cathy Tremblay '85

Cathy Tremblay and her husband Tom co-founded “Thomas Tremblay Consulting & Training” in 2011. They specialize in leadership and reforms to address gender-based violence prevention, response, investigations, and prosecutions. Cathy serves as the Director of Business Operations and assists as Editor for publications, curriculum development, and onsite project planning and management.
Cathy Tremblay earned her degree in Radiologic Technology at the University of Vermont in 1985. She served as an inpatient technologist in Diagnostic Radiology for thirty years at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She is a member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Cathy also has worked as a clinical instructor for the Radiography program at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont.
Cathy has previously served as a mentor in the UVM Catamount Mentor program, which offered student-athletes valuable insight during their time at UVM and helping to guide their transition to life after college. She formerly served on the UVM Alumni Association Vermont Regional Board and, in 2015 served on her 30th Reunion Committee. She served as the President of the UVM Alumni Association through June 2025.
Cathy lives in Fort Myers, Florida, with her husband, Tom. They have two daughters, one of which is a 2015 graduate of UVM’s College of Education and Social Services.
