Emily King Carr '04

Emily King Carr currently serves on the Career Services Committee and has previously served on the Alumni Association’s Boston Regional Board and young alumni committee. Emily has attended many of the networking events for accepted students and career networking events for current students during their January winter break. She has been a longtime supporter of the University beyond her time in Burlington and looks forward to continuing and growing in that role with this position. 

Emily works in the wine industry. She is the Vice President of Sales for Arborway Imports, a family owned wine distributor covering the entire state of Massachusetts. Emily’s territory consists of Boston and Metrowest, South Shore, North Shore and Nantucket. The primary focus is on high quality discoveries of artisan wine. 

In addition to covering the Arborway portfolio, most recently, as of January 2022, she assumed a new responsibility for managing the sales and clients for Cynthia Hurley French Wines.

Emily lives in Natick, Massachusetts with her husband, Jared. They have 2 children (hopefully future Catamounts)! Hudson is 10 and will be attending 5th grade this coming September and Fiona is turning 8 in September, ready to rock 2nd grade. In Emily’s free time she enjoys playing tennis, practicing yoga and soaking up time with friends and family.
