Sarah Madey '09

Director

Sarah Madey is a seasoned marketing leader with over 15 years of experience spanning agency and client-side roles. She currently serves as Senior Director of Global Marketing for Board Games at Hasbro, where she leads brand strategy, marketing and franchise expansion for iconic brands such as Monopoly and Clue, as well as emerging properties across card, party and strategy game categories. Before joining Hasbro, Sarah held key marketing positions at Digitas, Altisource, and Maguire Associates, where she developed a reputation for building consumer-first strategies that blend creativity, digital innovation, and strong brand storytelling. Her work has included launching new brands, driving engagement through cultural partnerships, and delivering memorable experiences in collaboration with brands such as Nike, the NBA, Supreme and more.


Sarah holds an MBA from Babson College and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Vermont in 2009 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Women and Gender Studies. While at UVM, she was captain of the Division I Women’s Basketball team. She previously served on the National Board of Directors of Point Foundation—the nation’s leading LGBTQ+ scholarship organization—and now continues her involvement as a member of the Emeritus Board.


Originally from the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, Sarah now lives in Milton, Massachusetts with her wife and children. Outside of work, she enjoys being active, playing basketball and other sports, reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.
