Alice Plante '16

Alice Plante graduated from UVM in 2016 with a degree from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, in the Community Development and Applied Economics (CDAE) program, while minoring in Mandarin, Chinese. The Department of CDAE uses economic, social, and environmental principles to identify community needs, analyze problems and advance sustainable solutions in partnership with organizations and communities. These foundations and principles led Alice to her current role at Fidelity Investments, leading the sales efforts behind ESG Pro—a platform for financial advisors that empowers them to grow and evolve their sustainable investing offering.

Alice served as the President for the Student Alumni Association in her senior year of school and was inducted into the Foundation Leadership Council in 2015 and works to advocate for young alumni and students transitioning into post-grad life.
