Board of Directors

The UVM Foundation Board of Directors, drawn from among the University’s most generous and committed donors and advocates, governs the Foundation and has full fiduciary responsibility for the organization. The president of the University of Vermont Foundation, the president of the University of Vermont, the president of the UVM Alumni Association, the chair of the UVM Medical Center Foundation Board, the chair of the UVM Board of Trustees, and the Foundation Board's immediate past chair are ex officio directors of the UVM Foundation. In addition, two directors who meet the eligibility requirements for Foundation Board membership are appointed from among the sitting trustees of the University.
