Scott S. Segal '77

Scott Segal is a successful trial attorney in West Virginia. He also represents clients throughout the United States. For more than 40 years, he has represented catastrophically injured people or the estates of those fatally injured due to the negligence of others. He has also successfully practiced in class actions and complex mass litigation throughout the United States. 

Scott has served on multiple boards and professional associations including Make a Wish and the University of Vermont. He has been a member of the prestigious Inner Circle of Advocates since 1998. The Inner Circle has a limited membership of one hundred of the best plaintiffs’ trial lawyers in the United States. 

Scott currently resides in Jackson, Wyoming and Charleston, West Virginia with his wife, retired West Virginia Supreme Court Justice, Robin Jean Davis and their Bernadoodle, Theodore.
